The Impact of Group Work on Students’ Online Engagement

Online learning has become more prominent since COVID-19 outbreak. As a result, working in group been used as an alternative to ensure engagement among students exist even interacting from afar. This study investigates how forming, storming, norming, and performing affect the students’ online work context. A set of questionnaires is distributed various fields who have undergone public university Malaysia. It consists seven sections: demographic profile, social interaction, knowledgeable others, zone proximal development, learner-to-learner learner-to-instructor learner-to-content interaction. total 354 responses are received recorded. Findings reveal impacted by looking at attributes. The contributes literature focusing on impacts achieve engaging learning. In particular, highlights significant contributions educators encourage motivate learners be engaged comfortably confidently.
